In 1999 Lactovit revolutionised body hygiene with the launch of the first bath gel with the properties and benefits of milk. With an iconic packaging and design, the brand has established itself as a benchmark in skin care for the whole family and is a pioneer in bringing the benefits of milk to body care and championing a clear and innovative message: skin feeding.

Since then, Lactovit has accompanied many families in their daily routines, offering them nutrition, care and quality through its products. To this day, Lactovit continues to be present in millions of homes with its most iconic products, but also with its most innovative solutions that help improve the whole family’s daily life.

About AC Marca

The AC Marca Group has established a business policy in which all activities with a potential impact on the environment are designed and developed under optimal and controlled conditions, with the aim of minimising environmental impact and growing sustainably.

At an operational level, the study of key parameters has been integrated into the activity, allowing values ​​to be obtained in relation to the associated environmental impact and thus establishing actions for continuous improvement.

Long-term goals

  • To minimise the waste generated in the processes, thus undertaking new forms of reuse to achieve maximum recovery. In the period 2010-2018, a 30% reduction was achieved in waste generated per ton of product, according to the manufacturing plant.
  • To increase the consumption of renewable energy in all production units. Furthermore, energy consumption was decreased between 2010-2018 by 24% per ton of product.
  • The use of recycled containers and packaging, 100% consumer-recyclable.

To guarantee compliance with the environmental commitment, AC Marca has a comprehensive management system in all its national production units certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22716:2008 and OHSAS 18001.

Who we are

An international group based in Barcelona with 10 of its own subsidiaries, more than 800 employees and a brand presence in more than 50 countries.
Founded in 1922, it began its activity with the manufacture of household dyes under the IBERIA brand and, over the years, it has diversified its business areas, today encompassing from Home Care to Personal Care, Adhesives and DIY and Pharmacy Dermocosmetics. It has well-known brands such as Norit, Sanytol, Lactovit, Giorgi, Aftersun®, Ecran® and Ceys, which are market leaders in the segments in which they operate.
